Returns Policy: African Rose is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email African Rose at official.african.rose@gmail.com. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps use attend to your needs quicker, proof of your order, information and a picture of the items that you received so that we may send you the correct item you purchased. You will have to ship your items to the return address to be eligible to receive your correct order.

When returning an incorrect order: It must be in good condition, if used or damaged It will not be accepted. The item holder must email pictures for proof via email at official.african.rose@gmail.com

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

African Rose is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting African Rose at official.african.rose@gmail.com. The Consumer has 3 days to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. Due to the popularity of our brand, We receive hundreds of emails daily, please make sure you emphasise your issue at the subject line when reaching out so that it is easy for use to attend to your needs and make sure the issue is resolved!
